  • Our services are consultation and advisory in nature. We do not guarantee admission to any institution or the grant of any visa.
  • Final decisions regarding admissions and visas are at the sole discretion of the relevant educational institutions and immigration authorities.
  • We provide guidance based on current policies and regulations, which are subject to change by governing bodies.

4. Client Responsibilities and Obligations

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
  • Update us promptly if any information provided changes
  • Submit genuine and authentic documents
  • Disclose all relevant information that may affect your application

4.2 Document Submission

You are responsible for:

  • Providing all required documents in a timely manner
  • Ensuring documents meet the specifications of relevant institutions
  • Obtaining necessary translations and certifications
  • Keeping copies of all submitted documents for your records

5. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Quotes are valid for a specified period unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Schedule

  • Payment terms will be specified in your Service Agreement.
  • Services may be suspended if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5.3 Additional Costs

You are responsible for additional costs including but not limited to:

  • University application fees
  • Visa application fees
  • Document translation and certification costs
  • English language test fees (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc.)
  • Medical examination fees
  • Courier and postage charges
  • Travel expenses for in-person consultations (if applicable)

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Services cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Material breach of these Terms by ACEM
  • As specified in your individual Service Agreement

6.2 Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Services already rendered
  • Visa refusals due to client misrepresentation or failure to disclose relevant information
  • Client’s decision to withdraw from the process after services have commenced
  • Changes in personal circumstances preventing travel

  • ACEM does not guarantee the grant of any visa.
  • Outcomes depend on the decisions of third parties and your individual circumstances.

8.2 Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ACEM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not responsible for decisions made by educational institutions or immigration authorities
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control

8.3 Third-Party Actions

ACEM is not responsible for:

  • Decisions, policies, or actions of educational institutions
  • Immigration authority decisions, processing times, or policy changes
