What if I need a new visa due to my education provider’s error?
If your education provider made a mistake with your CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment) that affects your study duration, they must fix the issue. Contact your provider directly if you need to apply for a further visa due to their errors.
What if my education provider stops offering my course?
You may be eligible for a no-fee (nil VAC) Student visa application if:
Your CRICOS-registered provider cannot start your course on the agreed date, OR
Your provider cannot continue delivering your course after the start date (education provider default)
Your Rights as an International Student

Tuition Protection Service (TPS) – Helps if your provider can’t deliver your course
State/Territory Ombudsmen – For VET students at public providers
